Which are the best sites for a distribution center?

 Before engaging in serious negotiations with the city, the firm wants to find out if there any parcels in the city that would be suitable for distribution center. We need to perform a quick analysis and find out how many potential locations there are.

 Analysis criteria:

• Sites need to be a minimum of 20 acres

• Parcels should be vacant

• Withing a mile of a freeway of major highway

• Outside of a flood zone

In this case of study I used the ArcGIS online to:

• Work with map layers

• Construct attribute queries

• Construct spatial queries

• Calculate statistics
